Please Join me in my newest Idea for a blog post on a weekly basis. I came up with the idea so we can all share what we do over these precious weekends. A part of this is, Now I am back at work, and I am back to treasuring the weekends and the time that I have with the kids, and Jon (when he is not working!!) I also know that weekends are for new discoveries, new Ideas, new adventures and new opportunities to cook, take photo's, create things, and just all around be doing what you decide you want to do.
So I felt like if we shared our weekend stories, ideas, recipes, photo's, to name just a few..... then we can all learn from each other and embrace ideas that we can try at home with our friends and families. Especially now that the Holiday's are approaching... I know I am always up for ideas to make weekends just that much more fun...
SO Join me in this, and Create a list of your top five things about your weekend, and after your list get creative, post a photo, a new recipe.. or anything that You found to be the biggest highlight of your weekend.
Grab the CODE, for the Weekend Reflections Picture (just like "Not So Me Monday's") and get working on your list. Then Follow the Mr. Linky at the bottom and include your blog URL like it tells you to so we can all share our blogs and posts together...
SO Here goes.
Top Ten Things I loved about this weekend.
1. Jon stayed home on Saturday so that I was able to get my house cleaned, organized and we did some "winter cleaning" and threw a ton of stuff away!!
2. I actually for the first time in a long while, sat down on a friday night and watched a movie with Jon and to top it off, without falling asleep!!
3. I got creative with a close rack hanger thing on wheels, some black and white fabric and took these few pictures trying to get the professional effect of a backdrop... YEA I have still tons of work to do learning more about this, but regardless this was one of the results...
4. I loved also this weekend watching Miles really get a handle on walking, I would say he is pretty much at about 75% Thank God He waited a bit longer than Lily who walked at 9.5 months!! LOL
5. Last but not least I loved that I was able to get the kids out on Sunday for a little photo shoot at the beach in Norwalk.. The fresh air felt awesome!!
